Foreigners Gallery — After Passing the Road Test
Every photo on this page was taken at Anyang Driving School after the student passed the Korean road driving test. Once you pass the road test, your licence is issued the same day — so most of these were taken with a new Korean licence already in hand.
When Do I Actually Get the Licence?
The Korean driver's licence is issued on the day you pass the road driving test. Road tests run Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 16:00, and the road test is the final stage of the six-day SDA programme — so the day you pass is the day you drive away licensed.
